UPDATE: Scott Strolla was released from jail  shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday.

EARLIER STORY:

A Palm Beach County podiatrist is facing charges of sexual assault and video voyeurism.

A woman testified in court Thursday that Scott Strolla fed her drinks during a brunch in downtown West Palm Beach and then took her back to his place.

She claims that she was drugged and woke up during the middle of intercourse and found Strolla, 50, taking pictures.

A search warrant of his phone revealed that he had pictures of her breasts and rear while she appeared to be passed out.

“The drama this has cause myself and my family, and the fear I live in every single, solitary day is horrifying,” the alleged victim said.

One of Strolla's patients reacted to the accusation. "It's very shocking. He was very nice to me."

Strolla’s brother Cory Strolla is representing him.

After court he said the acts were consensual and claims the alleged victim only called 911 after her boyfriend called to check on her.

Strolla’s attorney says that his client and the victim were in the middle of intercourse during that call.

Bond for Strolla, who lives in Palm Beach Gardens but has an office in West Palm Beach, was set at $100,000.
