A man who is in need of medication has disappeared and West Palm Beach police are trying to locate him.
Adolfo Ochoa, 49, left the Jerome Golden Phoenix Housing Center on Metcalf Court Monday and may be heading to Miami.
Police say he was diagnosed with several conditions and requires medicine which he has not taken.
Ochoa is five-feet-five inches tall and weighs 260 pounds. He was last seen wearing faded jeans and a gray T-shirt.
