INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
With temperatures expected to plummet in South Florida, a cold weather shelter will open on the Treasure Coast Tuesday, November 27.
The needy who are looking for a warm place to spend the night can register between 8 and 9 p.m. at The Source.
The Christian outreach ministry in Vero Beach is located at 1015 Commerce Avenue. If you arrive after 9 p.m. you will not be accepted.
The shelter is also asking the public for monetary donations and is in need of blankets, jackets, pillows, and sweaters.

The city of Fort Pierce said The Image Of Christ at 707 N 7th Street will open a shelter at 5:00 p.m. tonight and will remain open through Thursday.
