UPDATE: Police have identified the victim as 31-year-old Stephan Andrew Capak. Police have not yet made any arrests.
EARLIER:
Vero Beach police said they are investigating an overnight shooting in the parking lot of a bar.
Officers said the shooting occurred outside The Grove bar around 1:52 a.m. Friday.
A man was struck by a bullet and transported to a hospital as a trauma patient.
Police are interviewing bar patrons about the shooting but have not named a suspect.
Officers said they expect to have more information later Friday.
