PALM CITY, Fla. — A rollover crash killed two people Monday morning on I-95 northbound in Martin County, causing traffic delays for hours.

The wreck happened near exit 114 and Becker Road and mile marker 113 at 9:37 a.m., according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Investigators said an 18-year-old man from Pompano Beach was driving a 2011 Chevrolet truck northbound on I-95 in the center lane.
For unknown reasons, the driver failed to maintain control of the truck and began to overturn, traveling off the road.
FHP said the truck came to a final rest on its roof. Two of the passengers, German Cruz, 52, and Julian Calderon, 53, both of Pompano Beach, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 58-year-old man had to be airlifted to Lawnwood Medical Center with serious injuries, while the 18-year-old driver was transported to Tradition Hospital with minor injuries. The fifth person, a 39-year-old passenger, was not hurt and refused treatment, according to FHP Lt. Yanko Reyes
Traffic was back to normal by 2 p.m.
The FHP report says alcohol was not a factor in the wreck. The case is still pending investigation.
