Firefighters were on the scene of a brush fire in Stuart Saturday afternoon, according to the Martin County Sheriff's Office.
Officials say the fire broke out in a preserve area between the communities of Fisherman's Cove and Martin's Crossing off Kanner Highway.
Martin County Fire Rescue said the blaze was less than a quarter-acre.
No one was injured.
