One person was critically injured in a boating accident in Martin County.
According to Martin County Fire Rescue the accident occurred at 6:55 p.m. in the intracoastal waterway at the Jensen Beach Causeway.
Northeast Causeway Boulevard was closed temporarily so an emergency helicopter could land.
The patient was transported to a local hospital.
FWC is investigating the accident.
