A tip from a 13-year-old led the arrest of a 62-year-old man for video voyeurism at the Blake Library in Stuart, according to police.

While in a restroom stall the youngster heard noises from the stall next to him and then saw a cellphone propped against the occupant's shoe, police said.

When he went to wash up police said he told them he heard a sound similar to a cellphone making a video.

He became concerned and called 911.

Police responded and the teen pointed out the person he suspected of being in the stall next to him.

Officers said the person allowed his phone to be inspected and detectives said they found evidence that supported the teen's statements.

They arrested Danny Wayne Buckley, 62, of Stuart and charged him with video voyeurism and tampering with evidence.

He's being held at the Martin County Jail without bond.
