Loggerhead Marinelife Center holding 'Sea Turtle Sleepover' for kids on Saturday night

JUNO BEACH, Fla. — Loggerhead Marinelife Center is holding its first-ever Sea Turtle Sleepover on Saturday.

The program is for children between the ages of 8-12 and includes a tour of the center's Outdoor Sea Turtle Hospital, activities for aspiring scientists, movie time, snacks and pizza. The night of fun concludes with a nap among the aquariums.

The Sea Turtle Sleepover is a drop-off, sleep away program, and parent/chaperone attendance is optional.

If a parent/chaperone chooses to attend, their attendance is required for the duration of the program. Participants are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages, however the center requests that all beverages be in reusable containers.

The program cost is $45 per child. Parent/chaperone attendance is optional, however, it is an additional $10 for each adult who attends.

Participants should arrive at the Center at 7 p.m. on Jan. 26. The program ends at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 27.

Staff and security will be on site for the duration of the program.
