The Jupiter Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify suspects in an armed robbery-vehicle theft on Sunday night.

Officers said the incident occurred in the area of Abacoa Plaza near Main Street around 10 p.m.

Both robbers displayed firearms and demanded the victim’s keys and vehicle. The two men then fled, driving the victim’s vehicle.  A third suspect fled driving an older model, light colored, smaller SUV.

The robbers were wearing hooded sweatshirts at the time of the incident.

Police said these suspects may have been involved in an earlier attempted robbery, which occurred in the area of Chasewood Apartments.

The victim in this incident provided the same description of the suspects and an older model, light colored, smaller sport-utility vehicle.

Anyone with information about these cases should call the Jupiter Police Department at (561) 746-6201 or Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County at (800) 458-TIPS (8477). You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
