A brush fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in a natural preserve near the Paseos development at Military Trail and Indian Creek Parkway in Jupiter, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
It was contained a short time later, Fire Rescue said.
The Florida Forest Service responded to the scene with heavy equipment to help contain the fire.
No homes were evacuated, Fire Rescue said.
Crews are now putting out hot spots and trying to determine a cause.
