The Palm Beach County School District said Jupiter High School was placed on a "code yellow" lockdown for a short time Wednesday due to a bomb threat.

The all clear was given about a half hour after the lockdown.

No one was evacuated from the school.

The district says periodic safety sweeps are taking place to assure safety and security.
