A jury has convicted a Palm Beach County woman of killing her ex-husband.

A day after saying they were deadlocked, jury members in the retrial of Donna Horwitz found her guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Lanny Horwitz.

He was shot multiple times in September 2011 in their Admiral's Cove home.

"It's pretty obvious what happened. And there have been two trials that pretty much upheld what happened," said son Radley Horwitz.

The defense tried to paint Radley as the murderer. "What else were they going to do. I said the first time around only two of us walked out of the house alive. My grandmother was out in the guest house."

At the retrial, Radley said he was tired of his mother blaming him for his father's death. "I've had enough of what's left of my name dragged through the mud at this point. And I'm just going to focus on myself and try to get a Presidential pardon over the ATF entrapment to me."

Now, he has to deal with the loss of two parents. "I can't help but feel sorry for her because seeing those pictures of my dad again were terrible. That was my other parent. So you can't help but feel a little bad despite everything."

Radley said he can now concentrate on his own life. He currently lives in another country.

The sentencing Donna Horwitz is set for July 14.
