JUPITER, Fla. — Jupiter and Boca Raton are tops in Palm Beach County when it comes to adding new residents, according to numbers form the Census Bureau.
Real estate experts say the influx is coming from northeastern states where many are escaping high property taxes and new tax laws, while others are coming to pursue new jobs.

"I just figured I’m really young. Where I come from, there’s not many opportunities,” says Hannah Lynch who moved to Jupiter from Maine.
"Jupiter, you look around. It's a lot nicer, especially this area here, Abacoa, there's restaurants you can walk to,” says Nicole Simon who moved to Jupiter from Boston.
Some, especially long-time Floridians, worry about the rapid growth.
“I think it's going to be more developed, and I’m more concerned about the water,” says Leslie Robertroy of Jupiter.
