Trauma Hawk responded to a serious crash Friday morning involving two cars on Indiantown Road at Alexander Run in Jupiter Farms.
Chopper 5 flew over the scene and spotted a damaged car in a body of water and the other car crashed into a guardrail.
At 7:41 a.m., one car T-boned the other, according to first-arriving emergency crews which said they found people trapped inside.
Firefighters cut two injured people from their vehicles, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Both of the injured were hospitalized. One patient was transported by Trauma Hawk.
