PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. — All lanes of Northlake Boulevard near the Beeline Highway are now open after a fatal crash Monday morning in Palm Beach Gardens.
The single-vehicle wreck occurred around 3 a.m.

Police say 25-year-old Charles Tooley was speeding in his Chevrolet Cavalier when he struck a tree in the median of Northlake Boulevard.
Tooley was ejected from his car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Westbound lanes were closed overnight but re-opened around 7:30 a.m. Eastbound lanes were back open by 9 a.m.
Northlake Blvd. between Ryder Cup Blvd and Beeline Highway is temporarily closed in both directions due to a single vehicle collision resulting in a fatality. Please use an alternate route.
