Noel Stephen, undersheriff for Okeechobee County, shared a photo on Facebook of one of his deputy’s infants that shows the sleeping child inside a gun and holster.
He said it's to show law enforcement officers are people too.
The post prompted several comments offering prayers and support for the sheriff's office and all men and women in uniform.
Nikki Neswick later contacted WPTV and said the photo was the result of a newborn session she did for the Okeechobee County deputy. She said that she has a husband in law enforcement and that the picture is very meaningful to her.
