A Boca Raton fashion designer is helping an NFL team make a fashion statement. The Dallas Cowboys have started a new store where the items are designed for women.

Lisa Lavalle, a Boca Raton resident, is the owner of Relove. She is helping supply fashion-forward football items for the Cowboys.

“Women want to feel beautiful. They want to feel special and different, they want to wear something and look gorgeous or sexy or grungy,” said Lavelle.

Relove takes old clothing, like an old flannel, and will make it new.

The Dallas Studios collection was started by the Cowboy’s Executive Vice President Charlotte Jones Anderson. All of the designers in the shop are women.

“I am honored that she choose my line to be apart of it,” said Lavelle.

She said she hopes this is just the first team she gets to work with.

“I would love to expand and design for other football teams, and baseball, and college teams,” she said.

The Cowboys have two stores, one located inside AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and another in Frisco, Texas called The Star in Frisco.
