Boca Raton police are investigating a deadly crash between a scooter and Camaro.
The collision happened Monday just after 9:30 p.m. in the 7500 block of North Dixie Highway.
Police say 27-year-old Jay Jonas of Delray Beach was heading south on North Dixie Highway. As he tried to cross the intersection at Hidden Valley Blvd, the driver of a northbound Camaro tried to turn west and the pair collided at the intersection.
Jonas was transported to Delray Medical Center where he later died, according to police.
