The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public’s help tracking down a man who attacked a Walgreens employee earlier this month.
This incident occurred on Dec. 18 at 9 p.m., at a Walgreens located in the 21000 block of State Road 7 in suburban Boca Raton.
Deputies said a man tried to use a stolen credit card to buy a gift card at the store. The store clerk refused after the man would not show any form of identification.
A worker followed him outside to take a picture of his car, but deputies say the man punched her and stole her cellphone.
PBSO said the man fled in dark-colored Audi that was waiting for him.
