BOCA RATON, Fla. -- A former substitute teacher with the Palm Beach County School District has been charged with video voyeurism after police say he photographed women from underneath bathroom stalls at Florida Atlantic University.

On April 26, the FAU Police Department responded to the College of Business building on Glades Road regarding an anonymous complaint of a man taking pictures of females underneath the stall.

Officers observed a man in the women's restroom in the College of Business building.

The suspect, identified as 26-year-old Che Corrado Cunningham, was asked to unlock his phone and show the arresting officers his phone's photo gallery, in which he complied.

Upon viewing his photos, Cunningham attempted to delete them. Officers took his phone and placed it into evidence.

Che Corrado Cunningham was charged with video voyeurism.

The Palm Beach County School District says Cunningham was terminated last week.

He is neither a student nor employee of Florida Atlantic University.
