Graduates walked, and danced, across the stage Friday at Florida Atlantic University.
More than 3,100 students received diplomas this week.
NewsChannel 5 caught up with this semester’s youngest graduate.
17-year-old Jessica Brandwein received received her degree in biological sciences. She graduates from the A.D. Henderson High School on FAU’s campus Wednesday.
She said if you’re passionate about something, go for it.
“It sends the message that if you really want it and you work for it, it’s very possible, it’s very doable,” she said after graduation.
In case you’re wondering, Brandwein will start working on her PhD this fall. She hopes to become a college professor.
