Dalia Dippolito is now asking a judge to drop all charges against her.
The 33-year-old is facing a May retrial on 2009 charges that she tried to hire a hit man to kill her then husband. That man turned out to be an undercover Boynton Beach police officer.
The new legal filing accuses the Boynton Beach Police Department of misconduct and entrapment.
Dippolito is on house arrest.
