A judge says Dalia Dippolito violated the rules of her house arrest.

The prosecution objected to Dippolito traveling to Miami to record an interview with the ABC news program 20/20.

She will remain on house arrest, but the judge said Dippolito can no longer go to Miami to visit her lawyer.

The meetings will have to happen in West Palm Beach.

The judge also ruled that Dippolito's main lawyer can remain on the case.

The judge felt California-based lawyer Brian Claypool undermined his integrity in a news conference last month.

The 33-year-old is facing a May retrial on 2009 charges that she tried to hire a hit man to kill her husband.
