A Lake Worth man is in jail after a road rage incident involving a gun, according to Boynton Beach police.
Investigators believe Marc Michaud was driving drunk when he rear-ended a pickup truck with his Lexus at Hypoluxo Road and Congress Avenue Sunday.
Police say Michaud blamed the other driver for the crash and pushed him.
The driver pushed back and Michaud returned to his Lexus and grabbed a Glock handgun, police say
A witness and the driver were able to wrestle the gun out of Michaud's hands before anyone was hurt, according to police.
Officers have charged Michaud with aggravated assault with a firearm, using a firearm while under the influence, improper exhibition of a firearm, simple battery and DUI refusal.
