The Soup Kitchen of Boynton Beach had its Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver on Thanksgiving.
The volunteers wanted to make sure no one spent the day alone and had a nice warm meal to eat.
"I said it's my regular day, my regular route, I will gladly do it, of course,” said volunteer Glenn Smith.
Smith and his wife Elizabeth delivered three meals to people across Boynton.
One woman, Dorothy, said she loves seeing Glenn every week and it was nice having food on Thanksgiving.
Elizabeth Smith said she wanted to ride along with her husband to meet the people he delivers too and to help give some company to people on the holiday.
"I think you have to give back. I think we are very fortunate, I am very fortunate, and I think it is my responsibility to give back,” Smith said.
The Soup Kitchen had about three dozen meals delivered this Thanksgiving.
