SUBURBAN DELRAY BEACH, Fla. -- Firefighters responded to a fire at a horse training facility near Delray Beach at 6:38 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
A fire was reported in a snack bar building, which was unoccupied at the time.
Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue says the damage to the building was extensive and estimated to be around $50,000.
The blaze was extinguished and there were no injuries to anyone or any animals.
A suspect was identified and interviewed. The suspect, 21-year old Guillermo Rodriguez Torres, was later arrested and charged with Second Degree Arson.
Torres was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on no bond.
