A fire displaced several people in St Lucie County Thursday.
It happened around 6 p.m. in the 1000 block of SW Mantilla Ave.
Firefighters said they had the fire under control in less than 30 minutes.
Flames created a gaping hole in the roof of the residence.
Two adults and two children needed to find shelter, according to the St. Lucie County Fire District.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
