The second brother charged in a kidnapping and attempted murder in Port St. Lucie is awaiting extradition from Illinois.
U.S. Marshals arrested Calvin Green in Chicago earlier this week.
Green and his brother Terrance are accused of kidnapping Joseph Kiefer from Stuart in October, shooting him in the head and then leaving him for dead on the side of the road.
U.S. Marshals were able to track down Terrance on March 15th.
