ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. --The Florida Highway Patrol has identified the two people who died in a single vehicle crash on the Treasure Coast Thursday.
Troopers say Raymond Sayage, 51, of East Islip, New York and Keri Lynn Sapanara, 34, of Port St. Lucie were killed when their Dodge Viper hit a tree along Interstate 95 near Becker Road.
FHP Sgt. Mark Wysocki said the driver somehow lost control of the car. Both passengers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Keri is survived by her three children. A GoFundMe account has been established for her children.
Speed or alcohol will be investigated as possible causes of the crash.
