Waltravion Minatee: Deputies no longer are searching for missing 9-year-old runaway

UPDATE: Waltravion Minatee was located safely, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office.

EARLIER:

The St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing 9-year-old runaway boy.

Deputies say Waltravion Minatee was last seen Sunday by his mother Brenda Young.

According to the mother, Waltravion left the residence in Fort Pierce to go to a friend's house. Clothing information or friend's house location is unknown. 

Waltravion is between 3  feet 5 inches and 4 feet tall, weighing 45 to 50 pounds. 

He is a student at St. Lucie Elementary in Fort Pierce. 

Waltravion's mother told detectives he has been hanging out at the Boys & Girls Club on 23rd Street and  in the area of Coach Fenn Park on 22nd Street and Avenue D. 

The mother also said Waltravion has left the house several times in the past but usually comes home within a day or so.
