BELLE GLADE, Fla. -- A woman died early Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Belle Glade.
Florida Highway Patrol says 55-year-old Angela McKenzie of Pahokee was driving a 2003 Ford F-150 on State Road 80 (N. Main Street) in Belle Glade, north of Gator Boulevard at 12:39 a.m. when, for unknown reasons, her truck traveled onto the center median curb and continued across all northbound lanes of N. Main Street.
The truck collided with a concrete traffic light pole at the intersection of N. Main Street and Gator Boulevard.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
