Julio Cesar Vazquez-Veloz, 26, of Medley, Fla., was arrested at a Marathon gas station in South Bay, Fla., on Monday.

A deputy spotted Vazquez-Veloz parked in white van acting suspicious at the gas station, which was closed at the time.

Vazquez-Veloz told deputies he was trying to buy gas to travel to the Miami area.

When deputies investigated, they found two credit card skimming devices in the floorboard of his van.

They also found 24 different types of counterfeit credit cards that investigators said were used to steal personal information from customers.

Also, PBSO believes Vazquez-Veloz was stealing fuel after they found multiple gas pump nozzles and a gallon tank in his van.
