West Palm Beach police said Monday they made an overnight burglary arrest along Northwood Road. Police said the offender, who they did not name, now faces an enhancement for committing the crime during a state of emergency.

“If you are going to do the crime, be prepared to the "extra" time,” said West Palm Beach police in a tweet.

Thank you to all of our law enforcement and first responders while Florida remains under a state of emergency from Dorian.
