FORT MYERS, Fla.-- The Department of Transportation pulled an 11-foot alligator out of a drain in the Whiskey Creek neighborhood of Fort Myers.
Officials say neighbors called complaining of a foul smell and drainage problems.
When crews arrived they discovered the dead gator.
Workers snapped a photo before hauling it off to an appropriate dump site.
