A Florida teen just become a multi-millionaire after playing a scratch off ticket.
Lottery officials said Wednesday that Quinn Kofler, 19, of Bonita Springs, Fla., claimed a $15 million top prize in the new FLORIDA 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game.
Officials said he chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $11,175,000.
Kofler purchased his winning ticket from a 7-Eleven, located at 12931 Bonita Beach Rd. Southeast in Bonita Springs.
The retailer will receive a $30,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
The new $30 game, FLORIDA 100X THE CASH, was launched on Feb. 26 and features eight top prizes of $15 million.
The game also offers 20 prizes of $1 million.
