CLERMONT — Officials say two people are dead after a small plane has crashed in Clermont.
Lake EMS assistant chief Casey Nichols said the two-seater plane crashed in a field between the South Lake Hospital and a subdivision shortly before 9 a.m. Saturday.
The Orlando Sentinel reports the two victims were found inside the plane.
They have not been identified.
