VENICE, Fla. — An alligator was spotted eerily peering out of a storm drain Monday in Florida.
The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office tweeted that deputies responded to a 6-foot alligator that was stuck in a Venice drain.
Deputies were able to lift the concrete slab to free the reptile.
The alligator was later released unharmed.
