Some people will do just about anything to look good these days.

Nicole Brown is a St. Pete women who is accused of walking into Dr. William Adams cosmetic surgery office for a Botox procedure and walking out without paying.

"Fifteen, twenty minutes went by, and we're like, 'She left,'" said Amaris Centofanti, office manager at Dr. William Adams Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. "She carried herself well while she was here; she really did fool us."

"When she went to pay she said, 'Oh, I left my credit card in the car,'" said Yolanda Fernandez of the St. Pete Police Department.

She says the Botox bandit was gone, leaving a $1,000 tab.

Detectives quickly realized some similarities to a crime that happened at a doctor's office just five miles away a few months earlier.

That day, a women fitting Brown's description had $903 worth of Botox done at Dr. Lawrence Kass' office, then wrote a bad check. Police say they were able to figure out who she was through paperwork she filled out -- and just in time too.

"She also made an appointment yesterday at another local plastic surgeon's office," said Centofani.

Brown is charged with two felonies including grand theft.
