A massive five-alarm fire engulfed a 7,000 square-foot warehouse early Friday morning in Sarasota.
The blaze sent plumes of smoke across Interstate 75, prompting the Florida Highway Patrol to issue a travel advisory.
The fire began around 5 a.m. and quickly spread to two nearby buildings.
It's not clear if anyone was inside the buildings or how the fire started.
