Glenda may be in the company of 27-year-old Elmer Tiu-Carreto.
Elmer is described as a 5 feet 2 inches tall white male weighing 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
They may be traveling in a silver Toyota Celica with Florida tag number 708YLP.
