The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who was involved in a road-rage robbery caught on Snapchat.

"He had that crazy look on his face!" Joe Sudano, the victim of the robbery said.

According to deputies, on July 20 at about 11:37 a.m., the driver of a gray pickup truck was reportedly tailgating Sudano's motorcycle on Hillsborough Avenue and Town 'N Country Boulevard in Tampa when he got into an argument and threatened the driver of a motorcycle.

The victim and the suspect exchanged words about the dangers of tailgating and flipped each other off.  The driver of the truck sped past the motorcycle and hit his brakes in front of the Sudano.

The suspect then got out of his truck with a bat in his hand and walked up to the victim and started to threaten him with the bat. The victim started to call 911 when the suspect said "I'll just take this instead" and he grabbed the victim's gold necklace and ran back to his truck.

"I didn't say nothing. Best to keep your mouth shut in that situation." Sudano said, explaining the man had the bat pointed at his chest about 6 inches from his body.

The part of this incident that was captured on the social media sharing app, Snapchat, was the moment the suspect ran off and threw the bat in the back of his truck before leaving the scene.

Police are searching the suspect who they describe as a white male, possibly Hispanic, about 30 to 35 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, medium build, black hair, short Mohawk hairstyle and he was last seen wearing gray shorts and a black t-shirt. His vehicle is described as a 2000-2005 light gray, Nissan extended cab pickup truck with flared wheel wells.

If you have any information on the suspect's whereabouts, you are urged to call Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 813-247-8200.
