Florida State University has announced it will close Tuesday through Friday due to Hurricane Michael.
The Tallahassee and Panama City campuses will shut down at 12:01 a.m. October 9.

The school said on-campus housing and dining service operations will continue throughout the closure.
FSU said it expects to resume classes and normal business operations on Monday, Oct. 15.
Tallahassee Community College said it will close its main campus and other locations through Sunday.
Florida A & M said its main campus in Tallahassee, FAMU DRS, the FAMU Educational Research Center for Child Development (Day Care Center) and the Crestview campus will close from 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, October 9, through Friday, October 12, due to Hurricane Michael. It said weekend classes and events are also canceled.
