Emma is 4 feet 10 inches, weighs 60 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue sun dress and blue reading glasses.
She was last seen in the area of 4000 47th St. W. in Palm Cove Apartments in Bradenton.
Emma may be with an adult companion, Suzanne Knight, 46, who was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and gray sweat pants.
Knight is 5 feet 6 inches, weighs 130 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.
They may be traveling together in a 2016 red Toyota RAV4 with Connecticut tag number AD23238.
