MIAMI — Jungle Island in Miami has an adorable new addition to their park -- a baby white-faced capuchin monkey!
The eco-adventure park said the male primate was born weighing 0.2 lbs. and is the offspring of the park’s animal residents, Fabiana and Mowgli.
“He likes to copy certain facial gestures and exhibits an adventurous spirit,” said Dr. Jason Chatfield, vice president of zoological operations for the newly-transformed Jungle Island. “These creatures are highly social, popular and intelligent. Already, the little guy is making mischief.
Jungle Island said their newest addition now needs a name. Check out the site's Facebook page below for details.
The winner will be selected at random on Friday, Feb. 22.
