(WESH) A Florida woman is in trouble after police said she went to the West Coast on a vacation trip and left her three young children home alone.
Naiele Santa Ana Olivas, 29, bonded out of jail Friday on child neglect charges.
She was arrested Thursday for allegedly neglecting three children, ages 11, 9 and 8.
Investigators said Olivas left Seminole County on January 8 for a trip to California, intending to stay roughly a week and a half.
The 11-year-old was primarily taking care of the two younger children.
Three days after Olivas left, the oldest child called another family member, who then called child protection officials.
