TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Legislature is going to consider a gambling proposal that would let the Seminole Tribe add craps and roulette to its casinos.

The House today unveiled three different gambling related bills, including one that would require voter approval for any future gambling expansions.

The proposals could also pave the way to a new casino in Miami and would let a Palm Beach County track add slot machines.

The Senate is also expected to take up gambling legislation next week.

One of its bills is identical to the House version and would approve a $3 billion compact that Gov. Rick Scott negotiated with the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

The Senate also has a bill that could allow a track in Palm Beach County to add slot machines.
