KEY WEST, Fla. — This is a sign that spring is just around the corner.

The National Weather Service in Key West tweeted a radar image that show a massive amount of migratory birds heading north overnight.

The agency tweeted Monday morning that their radar had a busy night, but not because of rain.

Video with their tweet showed the "most impressive display of migratory birds so far this year."

NWS said the green/yellow images are birds flying north over the Keys while showers/rain are depicted in darker blues.
