SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — Thanks to Florida deputies and the amazing sniffing skills of their bloodhounds, a missing boy with autism is now safe.

According to Facebook post from a Santa Rosa County, Florida, commissioner, a 3-year-old became lost in the woods this weekend.

However, Commissioner Sam Parker said the sheriff’s office and their bloodhounds safely located the child and carried him out of the woods.

The photo of a deputy tenderly carrying the boy, along with one of the tongue-wagging bloodhounds, has been shared more than 11,000 times and received more than 1,300 comments in 15 hours.
