SEBRING, Fla. -- The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a missing child alert for 17-year-old Carla Lise.
She was last seen on April 29, 2018 in Sebring, Florida.
She is described as black, 5' 7" tall with black hair and brown eyes and weighing approximately 140 pounds.
